I am in love with my family and the arts. I love photography and capturing a moment in time. I do not consider myself a "sit and smile" photographer, but one who looks for the true expression or relationship and captures that. I love seeing relationships captured in film. I love working with children especially and the unpredictability and the uniqueness of each moment.

Most days I can be found wearing jeans. In fact, I would wear them to every event if that was allowed! I consider dressing up wearing my fancy jeans. I love heels, but dont get to wear them as much as I would like. I still love doing gymnastics and hanging upside down on the playground with my girls, as much as I did when I was a kid. My body really makes me pay for it later though! Although I was born in Texas, I will always consider myself a California girl. I lived there for 10 years: got a degree and a husband, then moved back to Texas. We brought all of our California spirit back with us and merged it with our Texas, hometown, country life!
